My online classes offer a flow that is for all levels, meant to slow down your mind and bring you back into your body & intuition. Learn how to support yourself, regulate your nervous system, and tame your monkey mind. And you do learn a lot about your body in this class, trust me. I also record these so if you miss class, you can still do it on your own time to connect with your body and the themes we're working on for the month.
The purpose of moon ceremonies is to connect you back to the cycles of nature to learn how to work WITH yourself and the present energy to support your dreams and goals. The New Moon we set intentions, the Full Moon we release what is blocking those intentions from coming to life. This typically includes astrology updates, an activity themed for the present energy, meditation, journaling, and the opportunity to share what's on your heart.
Full Moon and New Moon ceremonies are AMAZING, but nothing without integration. The ceremonies are here to ground you and give you a structure for your month. The weekly movement classes keep you accountable to it. It will keep you clear and coming back to your intentions / goals--reminding you every week of your WHY, and offer sisterhood support in getting there.
At MADGIC, I believe in the power of community and support. Join this community to connect with like-minded people who share your passion for movement, slowing down, and living your best life. When you are in the membership, you have full access to the sisterhood community. Through WhatsApp, you will have a space to be updated on community events, be supported by your peers, have resources sent throughout the month based on the theme we are working on.

No, we provide yoga mats and props for all of our classes. However, you're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Avoid wearing anything too baggy or restrictive.
Time to give back to yourself in the way that is calling you the most. Don't wait to invest in yourself, you deserve it sister.
